Rev21 is a London-based collective that fuses jazz and gospel with elements of funk in a unique blend that brings together both composition and spontaneity. Formed in 2021 and inspired by the 21st chapter of the biblical book of Revelation – all about the new creation – their music is infused with a message of hope. Fresh from recording their debut album, Rev21’s repertoire consists largely of original material and reimagined gospel songs. Blurring the lines between instrumental and vocal music, Rev21’s sets bring variety, colour, and always a party!

Our Story
The band came together at the annual Christian Union event, UCCF Forum. As part of the music network, we bonded over our shared passion and ended up improvising a set during a manic football game with around 200 people. Sitting on a picnic blanket, we jammed to classic gospel hits like "Oh When the Saints" and "Old Rugged Cross." Right there, we decided to form a band. Over the years, we've composed a collection of original songs, all inspired by our deep love for Jesus.
